Q - Is my information secure when I pay my assessments online?

A - Your account and personal information are encrypted from the beginning to the end of the process. You will notice a lock symbol in the lower right hand corner of your browser window, which signifies the security ID. Customer data is not stored on your local drive, the data remains on the banks host system at all times.
